Born in Georgia just days after his mother arrived from Rome, Italy, Bill was raised with his three siblings, Bill learned early on the value of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance since moving to NE Florida in 1972. He has a large International family and traveled back and forth from Italy to St Augustine and Gainesville. He graduated near the top of both his high school and college class and was Student Body President for both, while working to pay his own way through college. Some of his best experiences were being a governor's appointee at the age of 18, as a Senate Page, Staff Member, or Chief of Staff to both Democrat and Republican Representatives and Senators in Tallahassee, Fl.
He has always been an entrepreneur, starting his first business by turning an old car wash into a drive-thru convenience store just off the campus of the University of Florida, when he was just 18 years old.
After college, He spent the next decade building three successful Healthcare Information Technology companies, which allowed him to invest in companies within our communities, as well as volunteering for a variety of charitable causes. In fact, he has hired thousands of employees, paid corporate and state and federally mandated taxes, and knows the hard work and dedication it takes to be both an employee AND an employer, which many people do not know. He has helped over 200,000 people obtain, and explain the benefits of health insurance since licensed in 1992.
